1. Why Charge Oasis™ EV Microgrid vs. Regular EV Stations? Our EV microgrid stations stand out for seamlessly integrating solar power generation with advanced energy storage systems instead of solely relying on the grid.  They dramatically reduce operating cost as because you're not paying commodity based pricing for grid power. Our system offers efficient fast charging without overburdening the grid.

2. How does a Charge Oasis™ charging station work? They harness solar energy, store it in advanced batteries with a leading-edge battery management system, and use it for efficient EV fast charging. When needed, they can also draw power from the grid during periods of high demand or insufficient sunlight to ensure 24/7 charging.

3. What is the compatibility with all makes of EVs? Our stations are designed to be compatible with a broad range of EV models.  Once all EVs adopt the North American Charging Standard (NACS), which is currently being standardized as SAE J3400 (and also known as the Tesla charging standard) Charge Oasis™ will be 100% compatible with all models.

4.  What are environmental benefits to microgrid solar charging? Using solar energy dramatically reduces reliance on the already taxed grid and lowers carbon emissions significantly.

5.  What is the resilience during adverse weather? Our stations are built to function effectively, regardless of weather conditions, such as cloudy or rainy days. Energy storage systems play a key role in maintaining a constant power supply under bad weather circumstances.

6.  Does Charge Oasis™ really support fast charging? 100%.  You can expect quick charging from zero to fully charged with our advanced level 3 DC coupled fast-charging capabilities.

7.  What safety and security measures does Charge Oasis™ offer? We prioritize safety and digital security of our EV stations. We have an array of surveillance devices and digital security measures for secure transactions.

8.  What about your power outage readiness? The charging station is outfitted with strong and reliable backup power systems.

9.  What happens to the excess energy generated? Excess solar energy is stored for future use in our advanced battery system for use on-demand during periods of low or no light.  The battery management system also ensures excess power is sent back to the grid when it’s not needed to regulate a net neutral power draw.

10.  Do you offer customization options for the charging stations? Yes, owners can tailor the stations to their specific needs.

11.  What are the Government incentives or rebates available? There are attractive tax credits and rebates available for adopting solar charging solutions. Specific information regarding incentives and rebates at the local, state, or federal levels can be obtained from relevant authorities (see the link in the reference library). There are incentives that can provide up to 40% tax credit for the investment plus other deductions such as accelerated depreciation.

12.  How does the station contribute to the overall stability of the power grid? Our stations actively support grid stability by participating in demand response programs and contributing excess energy back to the grid.

13.  What is the smart grid compatibility? The stations are engineered to integrate seamlessly with smart grid technologies.

14.  What routine maintenance is required for the EV microgrid solar charging station?  Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance. Each Charge Oasis™ is equipped with a comprehensive maintenance program that includes twelve service line items.

15.  What are the warranties provided?  All components of the charging station carry manufacturer specific warranties. These are referenced in the reference library.

16.  Can the station be deployed off-grid in remote locations?  Yes, the station's microgrid capabilities and energy storage systems allow it to be deployed off-grid or remote locations where traditional grid infrastructure may be limited.
